Happy Hair is a recognized brand in the hair care sector, with a line of products that promise effective results and superior quality. With the aim of offering solutions for hair growth, hair strengthening and hair well-being, Happy Hair has established itself as one of the favorite brands among consumers looking for a more natural and efficient approach to hair care. The company has a strong online presence, using digital platforms and social networks to promote its products and interact with customers. Its commitment to quality and authenticity has made Happy Hair a trusted brand, and its notoriety in the market has also made it a constant target for online scams and trademark infringements, especially in digital environments.
With Happy Hair's increasing popularity in the digital environment and on social media, the brand began to face a growing volume of online fraud that put its reputation, commercial performance and consumer trust at risk. The main problems detected included fake profiles with cloned visual identities, fraudulent sponsored ads and mirror sites that used similar domains to confuse consumers and divert traffic from official channels.
In total, Branddi's monitoring operation identified several occurrences on multiple fronts — including active advertisements in circulation, cloned websites operating simultaneously and fake profiles replicating brand content. The threats ranged from attempts to sell counterfeit products to improper collection of consumer data. The average time between detection and the removal of illegitimate content was high, exposing the brand to risks for long periods.
This scenario resulted in direct impacts: diversion of qualified traffic, reduction of conversions in paid campaigns, increase in doubts and complaints in the SAC, in addition to loss of credibility with the end consumer. Happy Hair needed systematic and highly efficient action to quickly neutralize these frauds, maintain the integrity of the digital experience and shield its online presence with scalability.
Branddi structured a continuous and scalable brand protection operation for Happy Hair, combining artificial intelligence monitoring with highly effective execution. The strategy began with the implementation of automated scans in critical digital environments — such as social networks, search engines, advertising platforms and newly registered domains — aiming to detect any misuse of the brand quickly and accurately.
During the period analyzed, incidents involving fake profiles, fraudulent advertisements and cloned websites were identified. Branddi acted in a coordinated manner to remove this content in record time. The success rate in takedown actions reached 98.7% for fraudulent profiles, with an average response time of 58 hours, and some cases resolved in less than 48 hours. The misleading advertisements detected were 100% taken down, and the fake domains, which posed a direct risk to the consumer journey, were deactivated within six days after identification.
More than mitigating damage, Branddi's actions established a recurring flow of active protection, capable of preventing new threats before they gain scale. This new model significantly reduced Happy Hair's exposure to online fraud, allowing the brand to regain control of its digital presence, reestablish trust with consumers and preserve its official channels as the only source of truth and conversion.
