PACCO Elimina +de R$400 Mil em Produtos Ilegais

Pacco is a reference brand in the thermal accessories segment, its products facilitate the transport of food and drinks inside and outside the home. It is recognized for its innovative design, high quality and commitment to sustainability. With a strong presence in e-commerce, the company has been expanding its operations in the digital market and continues to gain a loyal following by providing well-being, savings and security to its customers.

With an increasingly relevant presence in the market, Pacco began to attract attention not only from loyal consumers, but also from malicious agents. It faced an alarming rise in digital attacks that were damaging its reputation, consumer experience and brand integrity. The presence of fraudulent websites using the company's name, fake profiles promoting misleading promotions and marketplaces full of unauthorized products created an environment of insecurity for customers and impacted the authenticity of the brand's official channels.

In addition to direct threats, aggressive Brand Bidding practices in Google Ads were increasing the costs of acquiring qualified traffic, making investments in paid media less efficient. Competitors and resellers misused Pacco's name to capture clicks that should go directly to the company's official channels, damaging the efficiency of legitimate campaigns

Another factor of attention was the high volume of false advertisements promoting illegal products or replicas of the brand on the main Brazilian marketplaces. The unauthorized use of Pacco's identity in these channels led customers to purchase products without quality guarantees, generating complaints and confusion among consumers. It was essential to implement a system of continuous monitoring and removal of these occurrences to protect the brand and ensure customers had a reliable experience.

Faced with this scenario, Pacco needed an agile and efficient solution to identify, eliminate and prevent new fraud attempts, ensuring that its digital presence remained authentic and controlled.

To solve the challenges faced by Pacco, Branddi implemented a robust shielding marketing system, structured around continuous monitoring, actions to take down undue placements and campaign optimization to eliminate unfair competition. The strategy was developed based on three main pillars: threat mapping and diagnosis, agile removal and preventive protection.

The first step was to carry out a complete diagnosis, identifying +1,500 occurrences of digital infringements across various channels, including paid advertisements, marketplaces and social networks. Using advanced tracking technology, it was possible to map the main offenders, understand their patterns of activity and establish an action plan to neutralize them.

With the diagnosis in hand, Branddi implemented a highly effective takedown strategy, resulting in the removal of 100% of the mapped threats. +6,700 illegal products were eliminated from marketplaces, as well as false ads and profiles that used Pacco's visual identity to deceive consumers. The average ad removal time, for example, was reduced to less than 24 hours, ensuring that any threat was eliminated quickly, before it had a significant impact.

In Brand Bidding, strict rules were applied to combat competitors who used Pacco's name inappropriately in Google Ads. This action reduced unfair competition and optimized the company's investments in paid media, ensuring that qualified traffic was directed exclusively to official channels. Furthermore, Branddi worked to improve the efficiency of Pacco's campaigns, reducing costs and ensuring greater conversion.

Another crucial aspect of the strategy was the implementation of continuous and proactive monitoring. With real-time tracking and alerts technology, any new fraud attempt or brand infringement can now be detected and eliminated before causing a significant impact. This allowed Pacco to maintain a shielded digital presence, ensuring the brand remained safe and trustworthy for its consumers.

These actions not only eliminated existing threats, but also established a continuous protection strategy, ensuring that Pacco is always one step ahead of possible digital attacks. The brand now operates with increasing control over its digital identity, protecting its reputation and offering a safe experience to its customers.
