Pichau elimina 274 agressores de marca e 98 golpes digitais com proteção completa da Branddi

Pichau Informática is one of the largest e-commerce companies for technology and gaming products in Latin America. Founded in 2007 by João Carlos Pichau in Joinville, Santa Catarina, the company was born out of a passion for the gaming universe — starting with lan houses in Foz do Iguaçu before migrating to e-commerce. With the 'Build your PC' platform, which allows consumers to configure custom computers, Pichau revolutionized the market and grew more than 1,000%.
Today, the company earns more than R$ 2 billion annually, owns brands such as Mancer, Pichau Gaming and TGT Gaming, and is an absolute reference for the Brazilian gaming community.
With a highly searched and recognized brand in the gaming universe, Pichau faced a double challenge: on one side, competitors and unauthorized players investing heavily in ads on its brand terms on Google (brand bidding), inflating the cost per click and stealing qualified traffic; on the other, scammers creating fake sites, fake profiles and misleading ads using the Pichau name to apply scams to consumers.
In brand bidding, the attack was particularly diffuse — the five largest aggressors accounted for only 12% of the total — requiring continuous scanning. On the scam front, fake profiles, fake sites like pichau.bet and suspicious domains imitated the brand to capture consumer data.
Branddi implemented a complete brand protection program on two simultaneous fronts. In the brand bidding operation, it captured 414 aggressors monitoring 37,509 occurrences, sent 1,294 notifications and eliminated 274 unauthorized advertisers (94% of those approved). On the digital scam front, it captured 151 threats, discarded 27 false positives and resolved 98 out of 100 approved scams (98%) across 4 channels: websites, social networks, search engines and messaging.
