In today’s digital business landscape, brand protection against violations and fraud has become an increasing challenge for Brazil's top brands. With the rise of e-commerce and the widespread use of technology, it has become easier for malicious actors to copy and distribute fake ads and websites, using registered trademarks without authorization. These practices not only harm the reputation and results of the brands but also put consumers at risk. Additionally, the phenomenon of brand bidding, where competitors and unauthorized partners use registered brand terms to divert traffic and sales, has further complicated the situation. Another critical challenge was the regulation of partners to ensure compliance with brand usage policies, preventing the recurrence of violations.
