About the Company

Petite Jolie is a Brazilian footwear, bag and accessory brand with a strong presence in the women's fashion segment. Recognized for its youthful, colorful and authentic style, the brand combines creativity with accessibility, conquering a loyal consumer base across the country. With multichannel operations, including its own e-commerce, resellers and marketplaces, the brand invests heavily in branding and digital experience to ensure consistency, desire, and perceived value at each point of contact.

outlay

With the expansion of the digital channel, Petite Jolie became a frequent target of trademark violations. Counterfeits on marketplaces, fraudulent Instagram profiles, and even sites impersonating the official channel began to harm the consumer's buying journey and jeopardize the reputation built by the brand over the years. Counterfeit products circulated mainly on platforms such as Shopee and Instagram, often with photos and descriptions copied directly from official channels. In addition to the direct impact on legitimate sales, these actions confused consumers and undermined trust in authentic channels, generating complaints and opening loopholes for negative post-sales experiences. The brand also faced specific cases of brand bidding, but the priority was clear: to combat digital piracy effectively and consistently.

Implemented Solution

Branddi started the project with Petite Jolie based on a detailed diagnosis of fraudulent occurrences on critical channels. The initial focus was on social networks, which concentrated the highest number of infractions, followed by marketplaces and fake domains. A strategy based on continuous monitoring, technical complaints and direct action on the platforms was implemented. On Instagram, the actions targeted unauthorized profiles using the brand's visual identity to promote parallel sales. In the marketplaces, counterfeit products were identified through systematic scans with immediate action.

The operation adopted a high-frequency flow of complaints, prioritizing speed and conversion rate. Actions were also taken to combat fraudulent sites. Over the period, the team obtained +200 counterfeit removals, an expressive result given the high level of replication in the analyzed channels. On Instagram, the success rate was even higher: 94% of effectiveness. On the other hand, on fake sites, the index was 100% successful in complaints.

The work was fundamental not only to mitigate risks, but also to reinforce Petite Jolie's commitment to the originality, security and authenticity of its official channels with the public and business partners.
